You can use the S4E Public API with a Public API Token.

Create or manage your token from the API Token page in the S4E platform. Use the Public API URL shown on that page and include your token in API requests as the token parameter.

You can use the Public API for supported operations such as starting scans, retrieving scan results, and working with assets and reports.
