The Detection Source column shows how each asset was added to the platform.

To view this:

• Go to the Asset Manager page.

• Locate the Detection Source column in the table.

Common sources include:

• Manual: Added directly by a user

• S4E Subdomain Finder: Discovered via subdomain enumeration

• S4E IP Range Extender: Found by expanding known IP ranges

• DigitalOcean or Cloudflare: Synced from connected cloud providers

This helps you track the origin of each asset and understand your inventory more clearly.
