Team Management allows Enterprise users to collaborate within a controlled and auditable environment by assigning specific permissions to each member.

You can access this feature from the profile menu → Team Settings.

From here, you can:

  • Invite new members by email

  • Assign roles and privileges for each user

  • Control access per asset or apply permissions to all assets

  • Create a secure, trackable workspace for coordinated team operations

Available permissions include:

  • Apply All Assets – Apply the permissions to all current and future assets

  • Start Scan – Allow starting scans on assigned assets

  • View Report – Allow viewing scan results

  • Export – Allow exporting reports and data

  • Support – Allow opening and managing support tickets

  • Asset Add – Allow adding new assets

  • Asset Delete – Allow deleting existing assets

  • Asset Config – Allow editing asset configurations

  • Create Token – Allow generating access tokens

This feature is available exclusively for Enterprise users to help enforce role-based access control (RBAC) and promote collaborative, secure workflows.
