Which filters are available in scan reports and how can i use them

S4E provides filters on the Scan Reports page to help you find specific findings quickly. You can combine filters to narrow the report list.

Available filters include:

  • Search: Find reports by name or related text.

  • Port and IP/CIDR: Filter reports by service port or network range.

  • Asset and Asset Tags: View findings for selected assets or tagged asset groups.

  • Severity: Filter by Informational, Low, Medium, High, or Critical.

  • Status: Filter by report status, such as Open, Fixed, False Positive, In Progress, Accepted Risk, or Re-opened.

  • Scan Tools: Filter by specific scan tools.

  • Date: Filter by started or finished date range.

  • More: Access additional filters such as Scan Category, Source, Read Status, and AI Scans when available.

Crawler Results has its own filter set for crawler history and discovered web data.
